With 2020, we’re marking the dawn of a new decade of Spaces. And your thoughts may well be wandering from your work to-do list to your final bits of Christmas shopping… but just in case you’re thinking about pushing ahead with your business goals next year, here are some fresh new Spaces locations – opening just in time for the new decade – designed to help you make them happen. So, here’s the final countdown of 2019.
EUROPE
Romania
We’re branching out in the Romanian capital of Bucharest with Spaces Expo, the third location to open in the city. With its sleek, glass-fronted seven-storey building, moments from the city’s largest convention centre, you’ll have no shortage of inspiration to elevate your business to new heights.
Spain
¡Hola Madrid! With the launch of Spaces José Abascal situated in the Spanish capital’s arty Chamberi neighbourhood, you’ll find yourself surrounded by a wide variety of museums and art galleries. It’s one of the city’s most creative places, providing you with a place that helps you establish your business in new ways. The best part just might be the rooftop terrace, from where you can sip a cold cerveza in the Spanish sun.
But, Spaces wouldn’t be Spaces if we didn’t double down. Down in sunny Seville, Spaces Villasis is set to open for business. This brand-new location cuts a sharp, contemporary silhouette against the historic heart of the gorgeous city. It’s paving the way for a hub which will provide a welcoming sanctuary for business.
Germany
And finally, Frankfurt is having a Spaces moment. Two show-stopping new coworking hubs are coming to the German capital of finance: Spaces The Docks, in a stunning building inspired by a shipping container along the waterfront at Lindleystrasse, and Spaces Omniturm in the skyscraper next to Morgan Stanley. Both of these beauties offer inspiring coworking areas in an impressive location.
NORTH AMERICA
USA
It’s truly an American odyssey in the final countdown to 2020. First up is Spaces Penn Plaza – which you are definitely going to want to make your NYC office. Right in the mix in Chelsea’s Penn Station business district, if you’re after a designer coworking set-up or chic office space in the Big Apple, you need to come over and check it out.
NYC too crowded for you, or looking for something a bit more Bostonian? Well, we can help with that too. Spaces State Street brings slick new office space to Boston, right in the heart of its gleaming financial district.
In Charlotte, Spaces South End is opening up in the lively South End neighbourhood, just 15 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. And not too far from there, Atlanta’s Spaces Concourse is opening its doors in a highly sought-after business park, offering some of our favourite communal areas and office spaces in the area, surrounded by green space and running trails.
Canada
The climate may be cold, but these locations are turning out to be pretty hot. The new Spaces Cité Multimédia in Montréal is a fabulous new launch, and not just for the huge private-office spaces. What really sets the bar high, is the location. Found right in the city’s Old Port neighbourhood, it’s brimming with art galleries, museums and places to eat – it is Montréal of course.
Last but by no means least, it’s a double-launch for Toronto. Spaces Yonge & St Clair offers office space in Toronto with designer skylights and double-storey ceilings, while Spaces North York brings designer workspace and meeting rooms to the area – with direct access to a subway station and easy access to a gorgeous farmer’s market to boot.
Haven’t found the location you’re looking for? Or maybe you’re looking for something a little closer to home? You just might find what you’re looking for right here.
