Up & Coming Spaces Locations in March 2018

This month we’ll we welcoming a total of six brand new and beautiful Spaces locations – most of them in the US, but there’s love for Europe as well.  Here’s what you can expect for March. Don’t hesitate to drop by one of the opening parties or check out our location page for your nearest Spaces location. And for the new locations we’ll just say: Welcome to the Spaces community!

Spaces Atocha, Madrid, Spain.

Already the second Spaces location in Madrid and the third in Spain, Spaces Atocha is looking to Madrid full Spaces-territory. There’s a lot that makes this location a special one, but what’s most impressive is the area: it’s located directly in the heart of Madrid’s Triangle of Art. A short stroll takes you to more museums and galleries than you can visit in a week, making the area perfect for our creative community. Inspiration is literally around the corner. And luckily, public transportation will get you anywhere in Madrid within no-time, including Spaces Río.

Spaces Kirby Grove, Houston, USA

Everything is bigger in Texas, so we’ve made sure to open up a huge location with all the office space your business could ever need. Originally set to open last December, this location was so big it needed a bit more time. But that’s perfectly fine, because it’s more than worth it. Located in Houston’s Upper Kirby District, the surrounding area offers an exciting city lifestyle, buzzing with trendy shops and restaurants. It’s straight across Levy Park, where you can pause to enjoy a really good cup of coffee or a healthy lunch. With direct access to Highway 59, you’ll have unparalleled access to businesses all around the city. Spaces Kirby Grove is ready for your business.

Spaces Granite Place, Southlake, USA

Go big or go home, because we’re staying in Texas for the next one. Spaces Granite Place is the third location in the Lone Star State, and it’s located in the largest inland metropolitan area in the US: The Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The area is the economic powerhouse and cultural capital of North Texa, and Southlake is right in the middle, making the location a highly strategical one. Besides Southlake ranking very high in the top 100 richest areas in the US (and topping the list in certain categories as well) and being home to a large number of Fortune 500 businesses, it’s also a very cosy city with beautiful residencies and lush parks, making it the perfect place to unwind after a hard day’s work.

Spaces 1740 Broadway, New York City, USA

After Spaces Long Island City, Spaces 1740 Broadway is our second location to open its doors in New York City. And when you’re doing your job in one of the most iconic cities in the world, you need the location to be just as iconic. Without exaggerating, it’s safe to say we succeeded. Being located on the 15th floor in the heart of Manhattan gives you city sights well-worth seeing. What makes it even better is the exclusive outdoor terrace, giving you the necessary breath of fresh air in between your appointments.

Spaces Chase Tower, Chevy Chase, USA

Chevy Chase (not the actor) is a town in Maryland  that’s located on a hotspot of innovation and history, with Washington DC to the south, the legendary Potomac River to the west and both Philadelphia and NYC nearby. To make the location even better, they have not one but two on-site restaurants – for when you need a change of crowd or scenery. Taking all of this into account, Spaces Chase Tower is the right place to be right in the heart of all the action on the East Coast.

Spaces Lincoln Park, Chicago, USA

After all this time we can finally say it – sweet home Chicago! We’re really proud of this one. Located in a beautiful historic red-brick building with contemporary loft-style interiors, this location is sure to spark innovation and provide a comfy home to our brand new Chicago community. Just like our new location in Madrid, Spaces Lincoln Park is is located in Chicago’s creative entertainment district. Tap into the energy of the neighbourhood, our community and the entrepreneurial environment to grow your business.
