
Join us at the Zuidas for a slow-paced, meditative form of yoga. People who make long hours behind a computer or spend many hours in the car, they really enjoy the effects of yin yoga, while in the poses we target areas of the body (shoulders, lower and upper back, hips etc) that need a little bit of TLC.
