Some people use music as a productivity enhancer, others use it as a way to zone in and out of their workflow, and there’s those who need music playing to get some work done at all. Well, that’s why the first official Spaces music and work festival on November 2nd has something for everyone to enjoy. It’s called The Sound Of Spaces, and we’re in love with it already.
This is The Sound of Spaces
Proudly presenting a full program of live music acts, divided across four stages at Spaces Vijzelstraat. Throughout the day, we’ll be showcasing various musical styles, host inspiring talks and teambuilding workouts, and we’ll even be practicing our dance moves with a funky silent disco. Heck, you might even pick up on some basic guitar skills, all while getting your daily work done. Let’s make some noise for Spaces!
The soundtrack to better results
Music enables us to zone out completely, allowing us to focus on the task at hand without having to deal with the array of distractions a hard day’s work throws at us. It’s a great and easy way to enhance our productivity. If you feel like you there’s a lot more to learn about the effects of listening to music while working and what it does to your brain, why not check out the talks on the Talking Heads stage? Or find a stronger balance in your team by engaging in a jam-session together. There’s something interesting to explore around every corner.
There’s always room for music
The real highlight of the day is the official launch of the Spaces Music Room. Having partnered up with the musical masterminds of Gibson, Roland and Key Music, we’ve created an area that allows our members to jam in between appointments, big meetings and long days. Ideal for emptying the mind and promoting creativity when nothing else will.
Rather enjoy the sound of silence?
That’s more than fine as well. During the festival, Spaces Keizersgracht right across the street turns into a focus area. Ideal for getting work done in complete silence.
Want to join in on the jam? The Sound Of Spaces is free to join, both for members and non-members. Just make sure to sign up right here and work from Spaces while exploring a one-of-a-kind music festival that doesn’t require you to take the day off.
