Next month, we’ll welcome Spaces Infinitus as our newest workspace in China. Located only a hundred metres away from Xintiandi, the car-free entertainment district in Shanghai, our newest Spaces offers over five square kilometres of delightfully designed space that incubates all walks of work. Nearing the very top of the tower we can expect the views to go as far as they go wide. The perfect peripherals to catch your brainstorms (or maybe your daydreams).
Collaboration is key
One of the key work ethics amidst the Spaces mindset is the art of collaboration. Whether it involves a group project or a big-deal backing, Infinitus Tower lends itself as being the product of collaboration. Based on a joint venture between LKK, Vanke Property and ourselves, Spaces will make its home on the 26th & 27th floor of the building. When multiple minds come together it’s quite the surprise what can be achieved. It shows, because the hard work really pays off.
Why Shanghai?
Well, that can be answered quite simply. The world of work is changing, and flexible office space is skyrocketing alongside it. That’s why we remain focused on partnering with landlords and investors in China, but also elsewhere around the world, to grow our network and ensure millions of people have the opportunity to work precisely where, when and how they choose. This way of working is nothing new in Western Europe and now it’s our time to make sure we can share this connection with different cultures. Taking steps across the globe can enable other countries achieve this way of working.
We’re better connected
Business is moving faster than ever before. Our keyboards are tapped faster than our brains can keep up with. Whilst our inboxes expand, so do our networks. That’s the kind of approach we like to take when choosing to open new locations. When we’re so engrossed in a digital world, it’s important to remember the connections that matter to us. Spaces Infinitus is just a short walk from multiple transport links and conveniently located next to a multitude of talking points within the city, so impressing your future clients has just been made a whole lot easier.
